Dear colleagues, The Canadian Red Cross in collaboration with Public Safety Canada, Public Health Agency of Canada and BrandonUniversity, is conducting a study to assess how Canada's Emergency Management authorities relate to vulnerable/high-risk populations.
We welcome your participation in this study by completing the survey either in English or French through the links below. The survey should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Please complete the survey by July 25th, 2007.
To answer the survey in English please click the link below: http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.aspx?sm=6YzqdAOrifLl_2fDO5HV2gmg_3d_3d
As this is the first nation-wide study of this important topic, we seek a diversity of views and ask for your assistance circulating the survey. First, we invite you as head of your organization to answer the questions. Secondly, we ask that you forward the survey through your relevant networks at various levels of government, for example through your mailing lists or listserv.
If you cannot access the survey electronically, please contact Sara Walsh at the Canadian Red Cross to participate in the survey by telephone at 1-877-260-9673 (ext. 1875) or email her at sara.walsh@redcross.ca and she will contact you directly.
Sincere thanks in advance for your time and energy in participating in this important project.
