The National Network for Mental Health is the only non-diagnostic mental health consumer/survivor organization that is national in scope in Canada and is unique in its "grassroots" history and approach. The purpose of the National Network for Mental Health, which is run by and for mental health consumer/survivors, is to advocate, educate and provide expertise and resources that benefit the Canadian consumer/survivor community.
The NNMH is preparing for its next phase of growth by undertaking a strategic planning process. The goal of this survey is to learn from our members & external stakeholders of how we are doing. We also want to identify opportunities for increasing the visibility & influence of the NNMH in shaping public attitudes, service delivery and government policies which affect the quality of life and needs of the consumer community across Canada.
Please take a few minutes to complete this survey (approximately 20 minutes). Your feedback is needed by SEPTEMBER 15TH 2010. Responses are private & will be presented at an upcoming planning meeting in early October 2010. A final report and strategic plan will be posted on the NNMH website later this fall.
Please circulate this throughout your network.
