That is such an interestinig quote; love the perspective

Managing is something that already has come to light or is established (its already here) while leadership is making something come to light and establishing something that has not happened before ( it will be here soon because we got great leaders lol)

Not sure if what I wrote makes sense lol but I wrote the thoughts that came to my mind after reading the quote and expressed my personal interpretation of it and it should be interesting to hear more comments
