Are you interested in learning more about your mental health?

The National Network for Mental Health (NNMH) is currently engaged in a project aimed at improving the quality of mental health services by enhancing the informed choice of people seeking mental health services. The project is funded by the Canadian Council on Learning.
Below are the topics and dates for the FREE teleseminars. Anyone may participate, including: consumers, educators, providers, family members, and caregivers. Topics and session dates include:

* SEASONAL DEPRESSION: Ms. Enette Pauzé, Project Manager, with Dr. Anthony Levitt, Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre
Monday September 17, 2007 (12:00pm, Atlantic)

* ADDICTIONS AND MENTAL HEALTH: Hosted by Dr. Thomas Ungar, Project Director, with Mr. Wayne Skinner, Centre for Addictions and Mental Health (CAMH)
Wednesday, September 26, 2007 (12:00pm, Eastern)
