We would like to acknowledge our NNMH membership for their contribution and participation in the NNMH strategic plan, either through participating in completing the online survey or by attending our strategic planning sessions held in Ottawa at the time of the NNMH AGM in the fall of 2010. Without your input there would have been no rich data, and consequently no report. We would like to extend a special thank you to those individuals who helped organize the workload and timelines. Thanks also to those of you who provided comments on draft versions of this report; your feedback has contributed to the development of a stronger report. Finally, we would like to thank the staff and the past and current NNMH board of directors for their tireless efforts in supporting and promoting this important work.
