The National Network for Mental Health (NNMH), is a federally incorporated charitable organization that is 100% driven by mental health consumer/survivors. It is our goal to speak on behalf of the needs of the national mental health consumer/survivor population whenever opportunity presents itself. We at the NNMH believe in Community Inclusion and above all, informed choice. In order to continue our great work, and to continue to have a national voice, we need your support. In terms of support, we ask that you become a member of the NNMH. What your membership brings to the NNMH is another voice, another reason for government support to our projects.

What you receive from the NNMH is a semi-annual newsletter, membership in an organization that stands behind the national consumer/survivor community, and advocates on its behalf, creates programming for consumer/survivors, and that promotes our abilities as individuals. This membership also gives you the right to vote at the Annual General Membership Meeting (organizations, however do not carry a vote, only individuals do).

The cost to individuals, who are mental health consumer/survivors is FREE, to supporting members, who are not mental health consumer/survivors the cost is $10.00/annum, and for organizations the cost is $50.00/annum.

Again, I encourage you to become a member of the organization. Your membership helps to make events like the Capacity Building project, economic development projects, public awareness campaigns, etc., a reality.

Membership Information

* Your membership fee will entitle you to four quarterly copies of our Newsletter Without Restraint and a personalized membership card.
* As a member of the NNMH, individual members can elect our Board of Directors at our Annual General Meeting.
* Members of NNMH, are welcomed to participate in organizational conferences, workshops, etc, where appropriate.
